Assemblage Art: Part 3

Welcome to another installment of my current assemblage projects.Cathe-Holden-Art-Website I created a new website just for my art- where I will continue to add to my portfolio, and you can find pricing if interested in purchasing.Cathe-Holden-Art-Sign This weekend I have a table to sell my assemblages at Art Trunk Santa Rosa during the Art-Is-You West Coast Retreat. If you’re in Northern California, I’d love to meet you. There will be loads of fabulous vendors there. Keep an eye on my instagram to see my view of the show.

– 2B Young –

Memories of jump ropes and chocolate-malted milk takes me back to innocence.Cathe-Holden-Assemblage-2B-Young-BCathe-Holden-Assemblage-2B-Young2B

– 690 –

I like that my art can tell stories composed by their final owner. Therefor I often create vague names from an element (such as a number tag component) within the art.

– Recovery–

He poured his drink onto the earth
Vowing none more to consume.
From his promise a garden grew
With hope in every bloom.

Addiction played the major role in the untimely passing of each of my three oldest siblings. This piece is one of support for those who work so hard to recover from theirs.

Thanks for all the positive feedback in the two previous Assemblage Art Boxes posts. I love knowing what you think of them.

Hi just love your work. You must have an amazing imagination .:-) I have tried to do work like this but find it hard to get going. Do you collect all the things then come up with ideas or do you think of something then go and look for all the things to put into it.?

    Anyway awesome
