I’m super excited to share that today is the release of my very first branded product- Cathe Holden Vintage Design Series Holiday stamp sets by Pink Persimmon. Yay!!!
Whether you’re a seasoned rubber-stamper or not, I think you’re going to have a lot of fun with these vintage designs:
Holly & Mistletoe and Merry Christmas Tree.
Each clear PP/CH holiday stamp set has large primary art and lots of smaller accent pieces to add to and embellish the larger designs, or can be used on their own. If you’ve never used clear stamps, you can find out how to here.

Stamps can be used for creating custom Christmas cards, scrapbook pages, gift tags, patterned wrapping paper and so much more. For my very first use of the new designs I stamped several of my old cover-less books leftover from my vintage book planners and Maker Faire demos to display during the holdiays.
I made hang tags from off-white card stock, the reinforcement stamp shape and a standard hole punch.

I love to wrap gifts in a “personal way”. We have a big roll of blank newspaper (you get it at your local newspaper) and most of the time our gifts are wrapped in that and embellished with personal drawings from my three girls or homemade stamps that celebrate whatever season we are in. Cathe, you have really outdone yourself with these! The only stamping I’ve done is with my children using little rubber stamps to make their Valentine cards, however your stamps are so uniqure and beautiful I am going absolutely crazy with ideas of my own. The Victorian designs are ideal for labeling my hand-made gifts and embellishing the gift wrap. And what a perfect complement for our old fashioned Christmas theme, easily giving everything a pulled together look at a much lower cost. Thanks for all your great ideas but especially this one!

I wasn’t too sure about the stamps sets until I saw your silver tree ornament using the new foam. I contacted Pink Persimmon in the past asking exactly how does all this work since I’ve never stamped anything. I am now getting very excited about a new venture in creating.
