Both of my daughters left this morning on a 6-hour chartered bus ride with their classmates to beautiful Yosemite National Park for their 5-day, 6th grade outdoor education trip.
I snuck these into their lunch bags. I figure a trip like this deserved a little color! (This is 11pm art, btw.)

Those napkins are adorable. Your kids are so lucky to be able to go on such a great trip. Yosemite is beautiful.

Love it! I sketch on my kid’s lunch bags. Just last Friday, my son reported back that although he loves seeing the drawings every day, he could do without the heart that I incorporated into that day’s design. I guess that means my baby’s growing up. : )
I bet they felt very much loved and special when they found them.
How amazing! I wish I had half your talent! My people are stick figures…What a wonderful treat for your kids to know that you were thinking of them!
OH HOW CUTE!!!
BEST MOM EVER!!
That’s so sweet! Your kids may not appreciate it now, but that is a great mom thing to do. Your 11pm art is pretty good!
Cool! and what a field trip!
You are SUCH a good mom.
